MEET DALE

Meet Dale L. Hardy

Dale L. Hardy, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, has practiced land surveying throughout the Houston - Galveston area since 1982 when he joined Hall-Johnson Surveyors as a Party Chief. Earning his Registration in January of 1990, Mr. Hardy established his private practice, DALE L. HARDY & ASSOCIATES, in League City in August of 1990. Incorporating the practice in 2001, GeoSurv, LLC, is a private practice land survey firm offering an extensive range of professional land survey services to its clients.

Our business philosophy has been to limit the geographic service area to Galveston County and adjacent areas, while providing the highest quality of professional land survey services available. This philosophy has served the firm well as it has grown to be the most extensive private land survey practice in Galveston County.

As a recognized expert in his field, Mr. Hardy is often called upon to address difficult survey projects, partitions of estates and survey conflicts by title companies, developers and the legal community. In his capacity as an expert, Mr. Hardy has provided investigative field surveys, written reports of findings, depositions and trial testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants.
