Meet Our Staff

She has been instrumental in the growth of GeoSurv, LLC since the practice was started in 1990. Beginning her business career in retail ready-to-wear, Suesie held positions from direct sales to Store Manager. Entering property management in 1984, Suesie joined Deauville Properties as Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Assistant Mall Manager of Deauville Mall at I-45 and Bay Area Boulevard. In 1987 Suesie joined Paragon Group, who had assumed management of the mall, as Mall Manager. In addition to her responsibilities as Mall Manager, Suesie also managed multiple shopping centers and retail/commercial properties for Paragon Group before directing her administrative, finance and management skills in 1990 to GeoSurv, LLC. Suesie is active in the community, serving as a past Chairman for the Interfaith Caring Ministries Holiday Ball. She is a past member of the Devereux Texas Treatment Center Advisory Board and continues to work with the Friends of Devereux, a committee dedicated to improving the lives of their resident clients.

She joined GeoSurv, LLC in August of 2006. With over 35 years of experience in the administrative/customer service field, Brenda continues to be an integral part of GeoSurv, LLC. Brenda works directly with our clients in assisting them with their professional land survey and FEMA requirements. She is a lifelong resident of League City.

He began his association with Mr. Hardy and his career in land surveying in 1982 when they both joined Hall - Johnson Surveyors, in Galveston, Texas. In 1990, Malcolm continued his association with Mr. Hardy becoming the first employee of DALE L. HARDY & ASSOCIATES which later became GeoSurv, LLC. With over 33 years of land surveying experience, Mr. Comeaux has amassed a wealth of knowledge and developed the skills necessary to deliver the quality land survey service.

He joined GeoSurv, LLC, in August 2015 with over 20 years of experience in surveying. Richard is a skilled craft supervisor, working in the states as well as working with the Department of Defense and the Department of State on a Logistics Civil Augmentation Program throughout Iraq.
